Cub Club

The Cub Club Karate Classes give toddlers (ages 3-5) an exciting start. Through playful drills and simple movements, young children develop balance, coordination, and focus. As they progress, they also learn listening skills, confidence, respect, and discipline. These early lessons encourage healthy habits and build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

Lil' Pandas

Our Lil’ Pandas Karate Classes help children ages 6-12 grow both physically and mentally. While practicing Shotokan Karate techniques, they build confidence, discipline, and focus. Each session improves coordination, flexibility, and fitness. In addition, students learn important life values like respect, perseverance, and goal setting. Because of our positive and encouraging environment, kids stay motivated and excited to attend each class.

Youth

Teens aged 13-17 benefit greatly from our Youth Karate Classes. They refine advanced Shotokan Karate techniques while developing leadership and resilience. With regular practice, teens build strength, improve flexibility, and sharpen mental discipline. As a result, they learn to set goals, overcome challenges, and prepare for success both inside and outside the dojo.
